I was looking for a decent multi cutter and came across this on the Screwfix website.
£40 off the RRP and far cheaper than any other retailer I could find. 2nd hand ones seem to be going for this price on eBay.

Noticed this the other day. Great price but you need to lug a transformer with you. Was very tempting as it's a nice tool for the price.

Nahhh - cut the plug off and put a 230v plug on, it'll be fine!

They seem to be getting rid of the last few models that have the screw down fittings as they moved to StarLock now.

Needed one a few weeks ago to cut a cat flap in the door. Got a guild 250w one from argos for £27.30, did the job, don't know how good it is compared to this though.

Ordered and noticed it is 110v!! I have a transformer but actively changing to 240v as don't do site work any more.
