After my own brand hayfever tablets decided to stop being effective, I went out and found Sainsburys selling Beconase hayfever spray for half price, usually £6. It works like a dream, unlike Prevalin which I beg all of you to avoid like the plague if you enjoy not having Vicks in your nose.

Good to also know. :-)
But near my ends, Sainsburys Stores, has more of a High Street presence ...

If one type of antihistamine pill doesn't work try another. I switched to Loratidine from Certazine. You can buy unbranded Beconase for the same price online for twice the amount. Works just as well.

If you suffer from Hayfever this stuff is brilliant, I used it when it was on prescription only and have been using it ever since in the summer months

Genuine question - has this made anyone drowsy? I've not tried it - I generally try to avoid taking antihistamine tablets for my hay fever as they turn me into a zombie for the first week or so. However this year is pretty bad so I'm looking for alternatives.

It has Beclometasone which shouldn't cause drowsiness
