Music mixed with style! This wooden DAB radio from Bush is finished in sleek walnut and is sure to be a much loved addition to your home. Perfect for rocking out at home like no one's watching.
DAB/FM.
Product features: LCD display. 20 preset stations - allows you to easily switch between your favourite stations. Generates 4 watts RMS. Alarm with sleep timer function. Auto time update. Auto scan. Headphone socket for personal listening. General information: Size H16.7, W24.6, D9.5cm. Mains operated. Batteries required 4 x AA (not included). EAN: 5722211.
Looking at the specs on Argos, this one has 4Watts RMS compared to 3 for the other, plus a personal headphone socket but does not mention RDS scrolling text. Perhaps it is the updated model?
Edit, if you download the pdf file at the foot of the "additional information" then it would appear that scrolling text on some DAB stations IS available. So a slightly more powerful (hence potentially louder) version of the other one you linked to, with a headphone socket. Generally positive comments too, so a good deal by the looks of it. Hope that helps

The alternative deal's justifcation of value is based on its selling price at Amazon of £36 / £39, so this Walnut item is far better as it is £69.99 on Amazon. But seriously: most buyers can comprehend the irrelevant concept of buying tat from Argos and reselling at a higher price on Amazon. In context: Argos do not mention walnut "effect" or "simulated Walnut" finish, so this radio's housing might be a nice item of real wood. Maybe not...

No DAB+ . The Median radio I posted earlier was cheaper than this with DAB+

Are you sure or just going on the downloaded manual? Reason I ask is that I got this one over 2 years ago:
And it has DAB+ but no mention of it on the box or manual.
If anybody has one the easy way to check is to see if Union Jack is in your list of stations.
I bought a cheapo radio from CPC for work 6 years ago & that has DAB+
