Look great, but they've got the wrong names on...

Personally I'd go for stitched labels that just sew on, these things come off after a few washes in my experience

I'm not too sure if these would work for some children/parents. My 10-year-old son had his name written on the neck label (and side seam label) on a brand new school logo sweatshirt (which cost me £9.50). They put their sweatshirts in a box in the classroom if they don't want to wear them. My son's sweatshirt wasn't there at the end of the day, so he told the teacher. The next morning, the childrens' neck labels were checked by the teacher but my son's name wasn't on any of them. Another teacher noticed that one little boy in the class was absolutely 'lost' in his sweatshirt, so checked the side seam - my son's name was there, but the neck label had been cut out (by his mum he said). To try and get around the problem again, on another sweatshirt I wrote my son's name is really large capital letters, using a permanent marker on the actual fabric around the neckline. That sweatshirt disappeared as well, and we never got it back - my son had been doing a dance class with some children from a younger year (as well as his own) at the time, so I suppose the teachers didn't want to check the sweatshirts of all of those children. I actually think that for some parents, nothing works, as if a parent wants to keep somebody else's sweatshirt, some of them will not return it. If the school allowed a child's first name to be perhaps printed on the front of the sweatshirt (above the school logo), that might help (if the extra cost of doing that was not too much)?

Damn what area is this? Where we live there's no chance a parent would keep another child's jumper.
Brought these labels last month, look great but very poor quality, they fell off after 1st wash. When I contacted seller I got not response even after several emails.

I wouldn't recommend them. They come off easily

I use a name stamp from https://stamptastic.co.uk . This way I can stamp everything from socks, t-shirts, and coats to lunch boxes, bags and water bottles. I stamp on the inside seem on the actual fabric to save the issue of being able to remove labels. It does fade but it lasts months and it takes minutes to stamp instead of the having to iron on or sew. It is expensive initially (£22 for the ink and the stamp) but mine is still going strong 3 years later and you can get refills of the ink but I've not had to yet.
