The promotion for a free lip kit worth £30 is still available as the 3700 has not yet been claimed. Just ordered both kits for £17.30 and the £30 gift came off at checkout.
You will need to spend over £20 to get free delivery if you are not a prime member, but non prime members should be able to buy the kits for the £8.65 (I know because my husband ordered for me and he doesn't have prime).

Thanks op finally got it to work after figuring out that I had to order 2 different sets to qualify for the free gift
