They've always been £12 as far as I can remember.
I have had one for the past 2 years. Better than nothing I suppose but not great otherwise.
The lid remains in open position when being carried by the handle, which is not great.
You won't find a cheaper one.

These are £10 in home bargains and Wilko have a green coloured one - same size and brand for £8!

They have always been around this price point - didn't find the quality that great. Better to buy the thermos ones from amazon for 20 quid for the 28 litre.
