Cold cause Music Magpie, a company that goes by quite a few names, and totally destroys the various marketplaces for real independent sellers.

Not sure what you are on about. What do you mean they destroy independent sellers?

"Cold because I don't understand capitalism"
...you do realise this is a deals site, right?

Yes I understand that, my point however is a different one.
Much like how the likes of Tesco and Asda have destroyed the highstreet. The likes of Music Magie (aka Zoverstocks and many other names) are destroying the online marketplace, in the long run prices will go up as there will be no one left for competition.

But you can't vote a deal cold on principle that you don't like the fact someone is giving the best deal.
I also think you fundamentally misunderstand how competition works - do you really think that Music Magpie will lead to the wholesale downfall of cheap prices, and blow loads of competitors out of the water? The only reason they're selling it this low is because they have thousands of used copies - which people have already played, of a game that's over two years old, that has been only a couple of quid more brand new in some places (which people still don't buy), and they've already adjusted their price upwards now they've sold enough copies to restore the price again. CeX has literally been on this model for years.
If you want to blame anyone, blame the people who sold them it on a vast clearout for all of £2. But then again, they were happy with getting that value.
Because games aren't really worth as much as people make them out to be.

Because capitalism. Supply and demand.
