The cheapest I have seen this for that isn't second hand (and why you would want one of these second hand is beyond me!) Not sure if this is a local or national deal but there were a few left on the shelf in the Asda in Swinton. Can't go wrong for the price, the refills alone were £10, this is £9 for the bin AND 6 REFILLS! Another good deal in my eyes! Happy Hunting
