Lidl's selection of Strawberry Plants has always been good - Variety and Quality
I've just picked this year's first crop from containers that were planted (and have fruited) for the last four years with Lidl stock - and they taste soooo much better than the recent supermarket offerings
Give it a try - grow your own
You can plant up to twelve plants in a "T&M Flower Pouch/Planter" (or the Poundland equivalent) even on a balcony - using good compost
Just add a little liquid tomato feed (high in Potash) to the watering when the fruits are swelling
Strawberry ‘Toscana’ won the 2011/2012 Florastar Award for the most eye-catching plant of the year.
Available at Lidl from June 8th

Hadn't seen these at my local when I first saw your deal but just bumped into them. Got the Toscana as they have pretty pink flowers. Have some heat :-)
