Great find op. Worth pointing out this is NOT a pressure fix gate. (I don't know why those are allowed or used on stairs. You have to have them loose enough to open, but then the child pushes against it and falls down the stairs tangled up with the thing. Pressure ones ok for crawling baby, but useless for toddlers, or people with more than one child. )

Their website search keywords havent been entered so it the site doesnt find it. The same when searching for asdas value brand on their website.

Anyone knows why this deal doesnt show up when I search for it in Argos website or App?

Ideal for the top of the stairs where you don't want the trip hazard of the bottom bar.
However I have a "pressure fit" gate downstairs between kitchen and utility space, and despite a child that is very keen to see what's in the washing machine it has never moved or come loose; they just need to be fitted properly.

worth knowing that children can usually climb over them when they are 2.5 ish so id recommend getting the extra tall baby gates that will last a bit longer - only cos iv just had to buy new ones!

This BabyStart Single Panel Metal Wall Fix Safety Gate can be used to fit spaces measuring between 76-82cm. It fixes to the wall with screws which means there is no step over bar at the bottom. Adults can unlock it with one hand but there is a double locking feature to stop little ones opening it. Quick release fittings allow you to remove it when needed.

Not to mention the bar at the bottom which becomes a trip hazard..
