Was looking for some decent hair clippers and came across this, checked the usual sites such as Argos, Boots and Amazon and prices are coming up at £34.99 or more (in the sale apparently) then after some time found this link for eBay which is only £24.99 huge difference in price from the big high street brands. Checked the reviews for the product across Amazon, Argos and Boots and comes as one of the highest review for mens hair clippers.

Good price for these. Excellent clippers. Been using them to do my hair (simple short back and sides, or crew cut) for a couple of years. Battery lasts for ages, and you clean them by running them under a tap. Hot!

Best clippers I've ever used for practicality.
Might not be the most powerful but I've used them for the last year and they cut my hair to a number 1 no problem at all plus it's cordless and waterproof. Great for cutting your hair in the bath tub then having a quick shower rinsing the clippers in the process.
Highly recommended.

I was sceptical about these but given the good feedback here, I've taken the plunge! Cheers OP :sunglasses:

Would really like to try these but have the Philips DIY Hair Clipper QC5570/1 which i got fairly recently so would probably be a pointless purchase, but that large curved blade on the Remington looks good. Anyone have any experience how the philips compare to these?

Like the curved design but having combs only going up to 15mm isn't much cop if you've still got hair on top.

If you want your hair that long are clippers a good idea?
I've never seen a hairdresser use clippers to cut hair over that length before.
