I just managed to buy a brand new Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus 128GB from Smartfonestore.com.
Admittedly, they aren't very plentiful and you have to watch the site (or set up stock alerts) in order to get them but I happened to just look at the right time.
Currently, there's a silver one available and they trickle in at different times.
You can also find some that may be Grades C through Brand New and may be locked to a network or unlocked, ranging from £499.99 to £599.99.
Here are the various grade level descriptions:
What does Brand New mean? All our brand new items ship in the original sealed box with all the original accessories.
What does Grade A+ mean? Grade A+ is like new and ship in the original box with all the original accessories.
What does Grade A mean? The phone is used but in excellent condition and comes with a free data cable.*
Cosmetically the phone won’t show any signs of use, there won’t be any scratches, cracks or scuffs to the screen or casing.
It has been fully tested and is in full working order.**
What does Grade B mean? The phone is used but in good condition and comes with a free data cable.*
Cosmetically the phone will show signs of use, including some minor scratches to the screen and casing or equivalent.
It has been fully tested and is in full working order.**
What does Grade C mean? The phone is used but in average condition and comes with a free data cable.*
Cosmetically the phone will show signs of use, including some scratches and scuffs to the screen and casing. It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing. It has been fully tested and is in full working order.**
All prices reflect our strict grading system.
* Excluding lightning cable products. To ensure the quality of your product, we no longer ship lightning cable products with a free unofficial cable. At checkout, you will be offered the option to purchase an Apple Lightning Cable for £6.99 (RRP £15). Using an official Apple cable will help preserve the battery life of your product and maximise compatibility.
** We test using a 27 point checklist which includes strict checks of the IMEI (against the CheckMend database), case condition, screen condition, buttons, switches, headphone ports, earpiece, speakers, microphones, touch screen, LCD, WiFi connectivity, camera, SIM detection and network connectivity, power port, battery, accelerometer and appropriate software detection. Should a handset fail any one of these tests, we simply don't sell it.

Great price. Worth stating 'New and Sealed' in the title
Do bear in mind that their new phones may be Carphone Warehouse upgrades, and may lock to the first network. The 6S I bought a couple of weeks ago locked to Three. Not a problem as I'm a Three customer, and they unlock for free, but don't do anything crazy with that first sim!

Yep. I was tempted to buy the 256GB one since it was still cheaper than the RRP on even the 32GB but iI can't imagine needing that much storage on my phone. 64GB would suit me fine but 32GB is too little once you start downloading media and installing newer, bigger apps.

When mine arrives, I'll provide an update.

Good deal, I've bought from them a few times before and always been happy with the service

This is a good deal, I would normally say hold off as the price will come down when next iPhone comes out in September but this price is probably still below what Apple would reduce the 7+ to when the 7S+ comes out.

Just ordered this. My 6s contract is up in January so I can ditch that contract, go sim only and save myself £25 a month. Plus I can sell my 6s 64gb and still get a decent price for it. This is a great deal in my opinion. The amount of music I can get on a 256gb phone for work is great for me.
