The total contract price isn't £732 though. It's £1090 regardless if you get the extras.

Well...when you 2 for £10 cocktails you tend to say each is a fiver...I've applied a similar logic here :grin: If you purchased the watch and headphones your total cost would be a lot more than 1090, but since they are free their value is rolled into the contract cost :smile:

How can you deduct the retails prices of the free gifts from that example ? By doing so it's no difference then just buying these gifts outright, which makes them not free ?
