If you order by telephone it is £189.99 with a free tool kit, next day delivery and the 5 year warranty; they allowed me to cancel my online order for £199.99 and re-order at the lower price.

I think I seen this for £150 on dyson ebay, but its refurbed but with 12 month warrenty

How old is this Model? (Thinking 5/6 years isn't?) and isn't buying this buying old tech when the world is trying to move towards handheld/portable cordless vacuum cleaner???? Any thoughts?
I have the DC19 and it's good and serves it purpose, my two complaints with it though are the short hose (extension can be bought) and the short power cord (4m).
