Bargain flights from Ryanair from Leeds Bradford to Gdansk during school holidays for less than £46 return. Visit beautiful Gdansk and/or explore further up the coast to Sopot/Gydnia with its beautiful large sandy beaches. Flights out 8th August return 15th August but plenty of good priced options throughout August as well. Area highly recommended on Travelzoo and Guardian websites. Visited both towns last year and going back again. Good fast train links between Airport and both towns. Plenty of reasonable accommodation options through usual channels.

If You never been in Gdansk, it's a must, at this price on that date...great cities, fantastic weather, lots to do and most importantly-safe! Go for it

This is one part of Europe in which you won't feel like your in Africa or the Middle East.

Why would you go anywhere else when we are having all the sunshine in England?
The great British summer isn't it?

Gdansk and Sopot are lovely, as are many Polish towns and cities, but Gdynia, not so much....
