Sorry if I'm being a noob but is this'll be a Vestel panel, right? Model number ends in 00 (at least I think that's the guidance I was given!).

I have the dx750b. It has a beautiful picture but is more expensive but is a proper Panasonic. The dx700 is a 50hz panel and the 750 is 100hz

They are 60hz panels. Forget the 100hz refresh rate they are 60hz. The dx 700 is definitely not 50hz.
