I would say h45 but then you're probably better of buying h55 for extra 3-4 quid on amazon

Can you have an LED an on the H55? I like the look of this Antec one as it would look nice in my case, so wondering if the Corsair will light up as well?

H45 blows the H55 out of the water, all the reviews show it is a much better cooler - due to the improved pump design.
You have to go to the Corsair H80 just to match the H45.
As for this, thinner rads mean less heat transfer, but usually quieter airflow, however the H45 + a couple of A.C. F12 fans in push/pull is all but silent. The H45 stock fan isnt BAD, but mine quickly developed a rattle at 45-55% rpm.

I am currently using the bigger Antec H1200 Pro cooler on an i5 4690K @4.4GHz, runs lovely and cool, plus it is very quiet. I had a 600 pro when they were first released, and liked it soo much that once i got a case large enough i traded up.
