Exactly. Most of this stuff isn't even close to the 100ml max per bottle if you're carrying your toiletries as hand luggage. Much better off buying some 100ml travel bottles and then periodically spending 5 minutes to refill and your travel bag is always ready to go.

As someone else pointed out, good luck refilling the sudo cream. Or Deodorant for that matter.
However, you're right, they are taking the **** with the volumes. For example the deodorant in the pic is 35ml :/ Giving them the benefit of the doubt you could make the case some people may carry several items and therefore have to fit them in the small clear plastic bag aswell as the individual item capacity.
