Think these are proper 'used' phones, whereas the o2 ones are customer returns. Not 100% sure though.

Ha, No way dude!! I've sold a phone to this lot and it was Well used and scratched.
Phone is pristine but as you see in my comment above there is slight screen burn of facebook that you can see slightly on white backgrounds, I emailed them and told them about the screen and if I couldn't deal with the screen burn how long have I got to send it back and was told I have 28 days after purchase to decide if I want to send it back for a full refund if after 28 days it'll be a warranty claim.
It's a nice phone and very snappy, i'll have a play with it for a week and decide.

I have used the S3 for years and thought i would get the S6 as it's replacement , after checking Samsung Galaxy S6 specs i realised you can not replace the battery without ripping the phone apart.
No user replaceable battery no sale, With my S3 i just had a spare battery and switched it out as needed and recharged later at home. So i bought an S5 instead and am happy with it and it's replaceable battery.
Looks like i will just have to switch brands to a maker that does offer user replacable batteries. Gearbest seems to offer some good options in that line.

agreed, samsung have lost one of their best features... and as the s6 doesn't have a micro as card slot either... its a terrible phone... so my advice is to not buy this 'deal'

Who really needs swappable batteries until the phone is a few years old? USB power banks have filled that niche.

No they haven't. That just defeats the purpose of having removable internal batteries, if you're going to be carrying around an external battery along with your depleted original battery that no longer holds a full charge....

Bought an S6 for the wife, a week later it was blocked. I've contacted them to arrange a return. Seems like someone sold it to them and then reported it stolen a week later, which makes their "refurbished" claim dubious. I'll stick to Envirofone.

I just bought a galaxy s6 32gb White (pristine condition) for £220 after £20 Wimbledon discount. On receipt it is immaculate. No scratches. Like new! Very happy
