Not a big fan of Mountain Warehouse stuff, it seems to be very cheaply made and tends to fall apart after only a short time. Not bad as cheap disposable clothing that you can throw away and buy new but don't expect it to last ages.

similar, percevered for years with Salomon Goretex on mistaken belief branded was better, never lasted longer than a year before the leaks started. Now had over two years of dry feet in £40 Mountain Warehouse boots. Btw, Salomon's "guarantee" consists of a voucher towards boots at full MRP price once you send faulty ones back at your cost

Well I'm currently wearing a pair of their trekking 3/4s and I wear these a lot.
Lasted me a good 4 years and still going strong!
(and that includes using them cycling which really wears the fabric)

Same as comment above. I bought some waterproof trainers, that I wear all the time (80000 steps a week) and they're still waterproof. Had them for about a year. I used to buy "waterproof" shoes from SportsDirect for the same price £20-30 and the last 3 pairs each failed after 4 months. After the third pair, I got a refund.
MW also has some really nice clothes and shoes for kids, I like their t-shirts.

My sister bought two winter jackets for her sons, after few days they got torn because of poor quality. Returned and got a refund.
I used to like them but I think the quality is in decline

Have had a pair of £45 MW hiking shoes for almost 3 years, wear them as daily shoes, they've been up the Himalayas and the 3 peaks, amongst other trips, and they're still going strong and look in good condition. More than I can say for a pair of Merrells that lasted one trip before the sides collapsed in on them...
I agree their stuff can be hit and miss, though, but it isn't ever going to compete with North Face / Rab / Mountain Hard Wear etc at this price.

They do sell more than just clothes....
Agree their clothing seems to be a bit hit and miss, but they have had something like 27 years of consecutive sales growth so they're obviously doing something right.

I keep getting dodgy emails from this company, I got a welcome email and an invoice for some order and I had not even heard of this company up to that point, not from a scam email address either, I am not sure what this company is about but I am not going to chance using them.

Maybe you have a common name /simple email address and a real customer used your email address by mistake. Happens to me with various companies. I've been getting Vodafone bills for someone in another country, got signed up to match.com, elderly people in France send me holiday pictures...
