If you have a decent PC and are prepared to do a bit of editing, get the Steam edition which allows a lot of modding (via the modding community) - e.g. texture swaps, adding over 100 more wrestlers, sound editor and match customisation but it has a few issues who can be frustrating at times, random crashes being the main one. Online is pretty awful but I didn't get it for that.
I got it for about £20 off CDKeys on release, bypassed the overpriced DLC wrestlers with a bit of hex editing and have managed to get over 100 hours of quality multiplayer action back over the last few months, so it's been a good buy for me personally.
I wouldn't get it for the single player element, the modes on there are barebone and dull. Not to mention some weird bug that can get you stuck during the Royal Rumble PPV in MyCareer.
I'd still recommend it on consoles if that's your only option though, especially at this price.
