I enjoyed it. Cool to see loads of American tourist attractions. You get a good feel of going across the country too. I had this on pc and cranked up its beautiful, played it A LOT!

im still waiting for them to sort out my so called NEW copy from last month to replace with as stated NEW , with NEW i assumed factory sealed , not opened with game sticker and then for them to call it NEW.
sent so many emails to them and asked them to replace, they asked for photo evidence, given it and they ignored, then i escalated it and they said you can return it. like if they dont give a donkey.

i returned mine and asked for a replacement...as I also got a scruffy clearly second hand 'new' copy and they gave me a refund instead. idiots.

Does your local store have it? Could try returning to them and get a swap, or cut your loses and get a refund from your local as well.
I had to do that a while back when they pulled the same stunt with me and sent a pre owned game when I ordered new

I'm escalating to further via game even if it goes to the CTO, all I want from them is to send me a New copy, unlike their false advertisement. And lack of customer service attitude. I'm sure the next move would be to the trading standards.

Their online chat team are outsourced and generally poorly trained/ managed. I had an ongoing dispute with them that went along the lines of an email every two weeks from them that I replied too quickly and another two weeks to hear back. I happened to get a review your visit to our local store email and after using that to complain about things I had a email and then phone conversation with the regional manager and a goodwilll gesture credit note. He did repair my damaged faith in them. I just needed to adjust my expectations to a very low level.

It has been a month and a half. Returned a faulty console. Had to pay for the returns, almost 14 quid. It has been call after call after call after chat after chat after chat. I have handed over my bank details, paypal details, yet everytime you speak to a monkey in their call centre, it is another 10 days. Horrible. It would be sad to see them go but game need shutting down. It's their own fault.

Hey guys, I'm using https://www.resolver.co.uk this helps draft emails and find escalations like CTO etc. And they still ignore me. Until I escalated and then they said if u don't like it u can return for refund. I replied are u not listening to what I want.
I think if enough people with genuine complaints, and escalate if not to satisfactory it should turn some heads at game
