i have this baby seat, bought it last year, has anyone worked out how to shortn the length of the ropes, i cant get the mechanisim to open, tried asking on tesco website and everyone there is having the same problem too.

No we have it too brought it last year for £7.50 and I don't think rope can be shortened, shame as it's really long and my lil boy is taller now
