They didn't say they want to dig up or remove the hedge. They want to chop it down. That means removing plant matter above the ground.

Ahhh, remember the olden days where everything no matter the price was free delivery! We all know about Amazon's tax dodging and poor employee treatment but must have had an effect on total sales!

for a fiver is it not worth a risk. I bought a tesco basic axe about 4 year ago for a fiver and it still cuts logs for the burner so for a fiver it's a no brainer.
