12 K is a ridiculous max speed. My average speed on one is 12.5K and I'm a bum!!
But also mix it up with intervals of up to 20K
This is a complete false economy but good for agoraphobics
Every time I went to a gym and used one I'd get motion sickness on it so I wouldn't use it, the same would happen at home.
