The last time I used one of these I used up in A&E, we still laugh today about the court order my wife got to stop me using DIY power tools!
Great price though!

I had one of these. It was great till it failed at about 2 years old. Great gun for the money but keep your receipt just in case.

Had the original version over 15 years and still going strong.
This is a proper gun that gets the glue properly hot so you can glue larger areas and still have time to adjust the position, not like those useless things that are only good for sticking sequins.

Never had any success with it. Might as well use chewing gum. Back to Araldite and bostic for me! Good price for a decoration in your tool box.

The original wasn't and can't see any evidence that this is...just third degree burn hot, the glue goes really thin and stays that way long enough to do something with.

This isn't dual temp.

Anyone know if this has an on and off switch so the gun can be left in position while not being used? or do you have to unplug it when not in use?

Hi, I have one that I bought last time it came out but I've not used it yet. Lol. However, I just had a look at mine for you and can confirm that there is no on/off switch. You'd have to switch off the plug when not in use.

just grabbed mine - plenty of stock in lidl bordesly green, and lots of glue sticks too, but no glitter or coloured ones if those are what you're after....
