A 15w oven bulb would take a long time to cook anything. Is that why they're so cheap?

I've used these in a lamp once before, worked fine :laughing:

Tiny oven bulb.. in a very big lamp.. lit up everything just as normal size bulb would. Thought it might be useful to know, to some people. Evidentially not you :confused:

Yes I use these in the light fittings in my fitted bedside cabinets.

And you will be able to sleep soundly in said bed knowing that if your house burns down, the bulb will probably survive.

No it's just a small lightbulb.. for in your oven/microwave/ fridge etc.. oven ones withstand the heat, fridge ones withstand the cold :smiley:

That's why the fridge one has more watts - to keep it warm. :wink:
