Okay, so I posted this last night and it stopped working super quick, the keyboard wasn't adding at all. So I've check it again and it's working for me again. I popped a screen shot below to show.
Looks a decent bundle overall, especially once you've claimed your cashback - Works out £155.77 for the Z270 Gaming M5, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition and the MSI GK701 Mechanical Keyboard.
Cashback offer ends on the 14th and Cashback Claiming period 30-60 days after purchase date.

Great deal, I've just bought this on the eBuyer deal with the free lighting stuff. Not sure whether I can be bothered returning it all and my keyboard just to gain this keyboard.

£140 for the board on ebuyer and £60 for the keyboard on Amazon so with cashback it looks a good deal.
This deal got 208 heat a month ago, and that was WITHOUT the cashback or the game. This is a very, very good deal.

Argh! Great deal - very tempted but buying DDR4 memory and a processor to fill it drags my enthusiasm down for it
Edit: Worth changing the cashback date. Appears its available until the 31st May now!

Is this different to the z270 Gaming Pro Carbon, and if so, how?
Thanks

if they weren't different, they'd have the same name =P
Differences I can see:
Carbon has more RGB options
Different audio ports
Carbon can handle slightly faster memory (3866 vs 3800 - basically no difference in performance)
M5 has more USB ports and more serial ports
Different optical ports - M5 has a display port, Carbon has a DVI-D
M5 has a U.2 port
Carbon Supports S/PDIF output
Honestly, if you have to ask if there is a difference then the difference probably won't matter. Motherboards are all very alike, with slight differences that you won't notice unless you're an expert or looking for very specific things.
Biggest difference to a casual user will probably be the look and price. Carbon has a lot more lighting options (16 million+ colours), the m5 seems more "premium", but only has 7 colour options (red, blue, green etc...basic ones).
Go with which ever you prefer the look of or is the better deal.

Ahh, it also seems like the m5 has an onboard error screen, so if something goes wrong it can flash a number on the board and you read what the number means in your manual.
I don't think the Carbon has that. All in all much of a muchness though, barely a difference.

Check Amazon Warehouse 20% open box discount for your graphics card, I paid £250 for a 1070 last week.
Aria for your processor, I got the same one for £212.95 again last week.

Don't buy a 7600K.

also, just to clarify, I wait at least 30 days before making a claim for the cashback? and the ghost recon can be claimed immediately? cheers

It seems claims for the cashback can only be started on Saturday. I think the Ghost Recon can be done immediately.

Bought one of these from the amazon warehouse with the 20% off this week (130 paid... got here with bent CPU pins and wouldnt read ram slots 3&4, with a bit of patience i got them back all seemingly in place and all (on initial impressions) working well, well reading the ram ok atleast. That's as far as i got into my build before this deal came up, so ordered and original one going back to amazon tomorrow... It's missing paper manual, driver disc (both of them can get from msi website so no issue), also missing label stickers (can live without stickers) and some sort of led extension cable but dunno what that does. It wouldnt register the serial on the site so i assume already been done meaning no game either.... so as long as cashback comes through then with keyboard and game the novatech one wins  Feels weird being sent something broken and sending it back to amazon fixed for them though haha

It's not £60 anywhere.
I think he means this http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/msi-170a-gaming-m5-motherboard-skylake-with-a-red-steelseries-siberia-v2-pc-gaming-2318614
Which is the z170, not z270.
