Hard to find just means it's a lego brand store exclusive (or sometimes you can get it in the big toy shops such as TRS ect.), if you're talking about a set that will retire they have a tag saying "Retiring Soon", can't seem to find a link for a list of retiring soon products but i have found a link for sets that have retired here
Tells you the average retirement age and how long somethings been out, if the graph is anything to go by we should be ok for another year of the Tie Fighter but as always nothing is 100%
