That one isn't a 'kilner' one. People like that design... £5 isn't bad for a generic drinks dispenser though, and it's 2l bigger.

Glass . Danger of breaking and hurting near children. Plastic ones similar to this cost only £ 1 in Poundland.

Oh gosh, I cant let my children near glass in case it breaks!
Or you could watch your children, inform them of the dangers of being around breakable stuff.
I don't let my children play in the park/woods/road or at all just in case they step in something or fall over. in fact I haven't let them out of the house since 1982!
For those of us that will fill it with Gin/vodka/whisky or those of us that know how to teach children the dangers of knocking a glass jar over, its a cracking deal. Have some heat, providing its in no danger of burning the kids....

I can't let my kids near oxygen because it causes oxidation, and you need anti-oxidants in your food to make them safe.
I also can't let them near sunlight because sunlight causes cancer and I don't want them to get cancer.
Stranger danger - I can't let my kids see strangers because they're filled with danger.
So I keep them in a specially created cellar and only feed them bacon flavoured crisps.
Oh noes! I'm Jospeph Frazzles and I didn't even know it! I've become more of a monster than the monsters I'm trying to protect them from.
