One 5l tin should cover around 65sqm, but you will need 2 coats so you can effectively halve that, plus inevitable wastage might take another 10% off the overall figure.
Obviously you will need to work out the dimensions of your walls taking in to account doors and windows that won't need painting. I'm just starting a similar project - a large living room and a small bedroom and hoping 2 x 5l tins will see me through.

I used this paint once to do a small room walls and ceiling from b&m. I think I got 2 good coats from a big 10 litre plus some left over. I wouldn't recommend as after the paint dried it leaves a chalky /dusty residue if u rub or brush the wall. I would not recommend the gloss either from my experience

2.5 is half of 5. That means you get half as much.
5 is twice as much as 2.5. That means you get twice as much.
10 is even bigger. 1 is smaller.
