I called and got a refund issued last time no problem. If people have issues they should call Ofcom and report complaints against their telco.

data rolls over one month only OR you can cap a £5 spend but not data over 3GB, you would use £5 of data at 10p per MB.

Can somebody tell if I don't use the sim for 9 months then will I have accumulated 27gb of available data?
And what are the problems with using this thing called 'shockproof' - can I cap it so that it never goes above 3gb data?

Does anyone know if ID Mobile will start free EU roaming from 15th June?

Hi Japcar, you can indeed port from Three to iD Mobile, you will just require a PAC code from Three.

Thanks for the reply - I am feeling stupid now - 30 day contract, does that mean after 30 days if I don't pay I can't receive calls?

£8 seems the new price point for these SIM deals! I like, just got a text informing me my new handset is to be delivered (that stupid JLdeal - I went for the Sainsburys one in the end). So I need to be sure what SIM deal to go for, I guess switching will cost me an unlock fee (around £2).
Does anyone have experience with this deal - what if I don't bother topping up the next month, is it the usual 6 months cut off? As in your number remains valid for 6 months and you can continue to receive calls?
Heat added btw, thanks for sharing OP!

It's a 30 day contract sim, not payg top ups  Well unless you change to ID Mobile payg after your first 30 days, which will probably need 30 days notice of transfer to their payg service?.

Just ordered TPO sim using Three, I need a Three signal ASAP (thanks Plusnet!!) and ID Mobile have not even emailed confirmation receipt about the order. TPO confirmed order by email within 1 second.
This is a great deal I posted but if time is of the essence be prepared to wait even for order confirmation :disappointed:

A hot deal but be aware if you need to cancel within the 14 days that id mobile have incorrectly been marking lots of people's credit files as being in default. My advice would be if you know you can get a signal with three then give it a shot otherwise stay clear.
