Very satisfied with my mobile phone deal with ID mobile. I got a Google Pixel 8 at a very reasonable price with more data than I know what to do with. I am impressed with the coverage that 3 offers, and am with happy with the whole experience of buying through ID mobile. They offered the best deal I could find and give free roaming in Europe which is a real bonus.
Having just joined ID Mobile, I am quite impressed with the customer service chat function on their website, pretty much all the customer service agents are well trained, very good at helping customers (well, me at least on several occasions!).
Due to this, another family member has also switched mobile provider and signed up with this company.
The mobile service (believe the telco is Three) is quite good, can even stream Amazon Music in my car just as before with no degradation in quality of service!
Went from Orange to EE to Giff Gaff and just felt conned every time I fell for switching. finally ended up with a proper provider .... iD Mobile. easy and clean switchover plus a proper signal (even when camping in Wales) and costs me only half of what the others were charging me per month. iD contacted me last year to say they were dropping the price of my tariff by £1 p/m and doubling the data and suggested I go with that option - never had that before - what a refreshing change. Got my better half to switch last year too - she was a dyed in the wool total EE supporter for many years till she too saw the light.
Cheap, very consistent service with high data rates. Some weak signal areas but hardly worth a demote. Better customer service or an email address would be nice but that’s where the money is saved I guess as 60% cheaper than the competition.
The monthly cost is very reasonable. The only issue I had is that trying to get hold of a real person to discuss a query with is very difficult. I was struggling with password/ log in and the only way of resolving it would be to leave iD as far as I could see.. frustrated!
What the company is doing well is that I haven't really needed them so far. Since switching everything is running smoothly without any issues apart from a weak signal more often than expected.
I gave 3 stars because I often have a problem getting a signal. This means that phone calls sometimes drop out, so whilst I like the phone, I cannot rely on the service.

Please also take a look at our network partner Three's network status checker, which will show if there is any maintenance or performance upgrades going on in your area. If the website states that's the case, then it's likely that this is disrupting your coverage, and we hope that this is resolved soon for you.

No issues, very reasonable price for the plan, free EU roaming and great coverage. Was with Three until they introduced roaming fees and moves to O2. O2 then put up their pricing so tried ID Mobile. Works perfectly.
The staff at ID helped me with the original setup. I have been with ID a number of years they have never let me down. I have Rollover data and a Hotspot facility at a very competitive charge. The app works great for me. All in all a great experience.
The worst network provider ever. Don’t be fooled by the prices and do your own research before considering this provider. The so called “Live Chat” is a joke, the agents cannot answer queries/questions that is presented to them and is equivalent to chatting with a bot. This past two weeks has been a waste trying to get a eSIM with the number I have switched with only to be said that the technical team are working and a shamble date is given only to comeback again with a different issue. There is no other way to a speak to a human other than the live chat.
ID mobile offer great packages for phone users at very competitive rates with handsets to match The only downside is you cannot speak to anyone and when using the option on line to solve problems you seem to go round and round
I introduced a friend to ID mobile and they joined but I didn’t get my introduction reward. Checked my account and theirs but no email or confirmation. False marketing so will switch provider once contract up.

Great pricing on the SIM only deals. They also have plenty of packages if you require both Mobile Phone & Sim Card. Real people offering real deals 24/7 and with customer service there to help if needed.
In spite of my clear replies to endless questions (often repeated) I’m still no further forward, but then maybe I’m not telling them the truth. Well let’s just say I will NOT renew my contract in October, but then I probably don’t matter I’m only 1person!!!
Hi the phone i ordered is perfect contract with pay monthly is also easy too. App works well n gives me all the info i need. Only issue i have had recently is that when i got my razr 40 there was a deal for bose earbuds i gave all info for this to get these but i havent been given an email and i cant check to see if its been accepted ive had my phone for nearly two months now and have given the right info before the deal was over. It would just be helpful if there was a way to check online also. Thanks.
Easy to use and good App, cost is pretty good but coverage not always reliable although 5g is good around where i live.
Big issue for me is that going to India on holiday the cost are high as it falls outside of iD's international calling. Debating now if to cancel and go with a provider that can offer a reasonable cost in India or buy a SIM at the airport.
I've rated 3 stars for the simple reason of the terrible signal I'm receiving, it's not just where I live as it's the same everywhere I go, a few of my friends are on ID and they too are having the same issue
I believe its down to 3 mobile services as ID use their signal, 3 have always been a dinosaur in the mobile connection world and probably nothing will ever change
After being with ID for a few years, I'm now considering switching over to another provider
