Onion,garlic,chilli,mince and a couple tins of this.......nice chilli.
Or leave out the mince and add some carrots and broccoli for vegy version.......

Bland, not many beans or taste for that matter. I will stick with the Tesco version it is 10x better.

Have to agree with others, the Tesco Tuscan soup for 45p a can is excellent, it's 4 of your recommended 5 a day too.
