Totally worth getting this at a good second hand price. Yes the Day One content will most likely have already been redeemed. What most people don't realise is the Masamune sword (only bit of Day One extra content) is available on the PSN store for 39p. So if you're that bothered just buy the sword as DLC when you get the game.

From what I heard boomerang rental only send out the disk and no extras when they rent out copies.
So all redeem codes should be intact when you buy.

I'm currently about 35 hours in and am thoroughly enjoying it so far. Its not without its flaws but it no way deserves the amount of negative comments it gets.
At this price its worth a go from anyone interested in the FF series or a RPGs in general.

Its a great game, I just dislike the combat. Should've been a bit more in depth like dragon age inquisition.
