As I understand, the remake music is remixed. The DLC tracks are from the original ps2 game.

Yes. I don't think they've officially revealed the CE artwork yet, but the CE steelbook is promised to be exclusive to that edition

£12 for a steelbook and dlc. Tough one. Loved the original. The eyeliner effect in FF10 HD still creeps me out though
