the settlement building is very good. As well as addictive and time consuming! take A look on YouTube of some of the settlements people have built.

Anyone wanting a higher frame-rate, the first option to lower is Godrays.
Taking just a smidgen off Shadow Distance also works wonders.

bought this a few weeks ago, i suspect crack and heroin are less addictive, before playing, install the sim settlements mod, takes a lot of the micro management out of the game.

The PC disc version comes with a code to activate the game on Steam. The disc itself only allows you install part of the game instead of downloading it but what you're really buying is the code.
