yes id say the homebase is better look at the split lower drawer and catches on the lid for own lock. but thats personal preference. however the halfords one has locking casters.

Personally I'd say the halfords one. 6 drawers in total. The lower section has two full drawers, whereas this just has the one split drawer. And the halfords one is a fair bit taller.
Although it's now oos and this is cheaper, so a good alternative.

I got mines, is decent. Bottom bit was slightly bent (looked like box was hit) but bent it back easily
