Make your own.. my mum has made this since forever, it's just oil egg yolk garlic and a bit of lemon and a pinch of salt.. you've got the beat the living crap out of the yolk while slowly adding a tonne of oil drip by drip. it's soooo delish home made (must be really really unhealthy but is so nice with raw carrots, celery etc). This jar stuff is nothing like the real thing

Unlike the expensive dips from the expensive takeaway pizza places this contains real garlic - as opposed to garlic powder.
Nothing like the chemically and fake Heinz and Hellman's "with a hint of garlic" gak!!
