I've got no problems with re-posts as it helps promotes old deals - but to copy & paste it as your own deal is just a tad lazy, in my opinion.

I've seen places around that offer these sorts of "rental" opportunities to businesses, renting out conference rooms and small cubicle rooms for people who regularly deal online and want a physical meeting. Ingenious little concept really.
I'm not sure how this would work, considering surely the food costs more to provide than they make in return? Coffee and Tea would be easy enough I'm sure.
