There's always one person that hates on Clarks shoes. The Clarks shoes that I have purchased for my eldest have been worn by both of his younger brothers over a 10 year period and most of them still have "go" in them. I regularly buy Clarks shoes (usually in the sale) for work, and they last and then some. I've got a pair on at the moment which are probably 3-4 years old. They could do with a polish but they're certainly not falling apart.

The only shoes I've ever had which disintegrated like that were very expensive Eccos - and they replaced them.
Never had a problem with Clarks.

It's a major problem with Clarks I'm afraid. And an even bigger problem is that Clarks aren't doing anything about it. All over the net and loads more videos just like that one.

I believe its online only. Once you clink on the link the transaction is tracked. Not sure how it will work with buying in shop and uploading the receipt

Just ordered 2 pairs for the Summer - many thanks. Live in Clarks shoes. Nothing worse than ill fitting shoes. Plus my daughter bought her school shoes from Clarks (ladies size 7) and the sole actually fell off. They gave us a full replacement after 45 days. Now that is good service.
