seems a very pointless size box and post office would charge you £3.90 for second class registered post given thickness

Maybe people use other couriers - ever think of that?!!

It would have to be 7.6cm shallower to be large letter and cheaper. Or are you saying it should be bigger to take advantage of the full small parcel size?

if you cant make a box 7.6cm smaller than you need better knife skills, nearly all items that i need boxes for are either free from local supermarkets or such, or reused from getting sent things from ebay or other retailers, than custom re-cut to whatever size i need for what im packing
and ofc the price of shipping dont matter anyways your add it on to the selling cost so why should it bother you what the post office charges for the shipping, as with the fees should be factored in to cost to buyer already

Myhermes charge £2.79 2KG fully tracked and insured up to £20. Have sent over 750 and only 5 have gone missing or damaged. A lot better ratio than RM
Guess there's just a lot of unlucky / idiots on here haha!

depending on the items if postage is too high people wont buy so it pushes the price down / makes it pointless selling it.
just a very off size box IMHO.
Too big for DVDs / Cds / Games.. to small for most other things

Boxes are F, R double E at Home Base and other hardware stores. I do however buy sealed poly bags for shipping clothing/insoles etc.
