I would never wear the stuff will all the logos on, so I managed to get 2 of the polos and a raglan that I actually like and will wear for £14.11. Not as good as some people in here, but I am very happy with it.

Unfortunately you are too late. Most of the cheapest options and popular sizes are gone. However it is still a bargain even if paying more.

Had a look at order details. It appears that instead of making the final order total = £20, the glitch is that it is subtracting £20 from the total instead. So the cheapest combination is 3 of the £7.99 t-shirts which will be £7.99 x 3 = £23.97 - 20 = £3.97.

Not worth £10 for the brands involved.

Zavvi removed the discount. It literally expired on me at checkout.

I added lots of items from the list on the site, £100+ worth and i got 2 for £16 and about £11 taken off. Even having 3 of the same item didn't result in any 3 for £20 being applied

just deleted everything, added just 3 items, similar but dif colours and had nothing taken off, no discount at all.

For one of my item i received an email around 4pm saying that its been dispatched. There's a link in the e-mail where you can 'track your order' on royal mail. The reference number doesnt seem to be matching. Maybe they cancelled orders?

They have already been picked by the warehouse. It will cost them to money to cancel these and restock. I don't think they will do that for t-shirts that cost very little to make.

My 3 orders should be here in next 10 mins according to dpd tracking :smile:

They processed any of my orders that came to over £10 but not the really cheap ones. That's the pattern I've personally noticed, be interesting to see others results.

So i had made 6 orders in total.

1 of the shirts from an order of 3 shirts has been dispatched. The other 2 are still 'processing'

1 other order of 3 shirts has been cancelled (been told so on e-mail

No update has been given on the other 4 orders (of 3 tops respectively)

But it looks like they will cancel those as well as its already 2pm and they have not been 'picked to dispatch' yet

my other 2 were £10.03 with next day delivery so technically yes haha

I know these are ony t-shirts, but having looked at the terms and conditions on the Zavvi website the orders should be honoured because a contract will be formed once either the money has been taken from your card/paypal account or the dispatch process has been commenced :
"Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit,
debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later."
There is one section which covers genuine mistakes but I would argue this does not apply due to the HUKD comments showing that the error was spotted within an hour on Friday and the glitch fixed but buyers were not being told until Monday.
"We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our Website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible..."

That's true but I don't think anyone whose order was dispatched has been or will be cancelled. They will not dispatch before money is taken, so essentially contract is formed upon dispatch.
For example I had the money taken for my orders but not dispatched; so as per their terms being dispatched was the latter and was not completed ergo contract wasn't formed.

I really aint that bothered just curious. But how can they says either (i) the money is taken or (ii) dispatch commenced, whichever is the latter? That means both things need to happen but then it cant be either (i) or (ii). lol

I see what you're saying logically they could just say when goods are dispatched because that's always the latter. Guess it's just to be more comprehensive or it's textbook copy & paste terms which covers all bases.

But yeah it does mean both unfortunately because of how it's written
"The conclusion of a contract... (snip), whichever is the later" the comma is important so it's not part of (ii)
Also if it was just one or the other it would likely say 'either' before (i)&(ii)

T&C's for big companies are usually pretty water-tight because they could stand to lose a lot otherwise.

Same issue here, been refunded £2.66 of my £4 order! But whole order has been cancelled...

My orders were cancelled, but I paid by Paypal.
I'll check later, but easy to resolve via Paypal, if needed.

I've just received one top today but the other two a re showing awaiting picking status so maybe not going to honor them - oh and a free packet of cranberry tic tacs

they sent me 2 parcels and cancelled 2. i received 3 t-shirts for £4 and 3 tops for £10 parcels today

£1.33 taken, £1.33 refunded. Peculiar.

Cancelled , paid £12+ but refunded £8 ish , can anyone explain the difference
