A very rare version of the game. The game itself has hold its price to around £30-£35 pretty well. This edition was being sold by GAME for £54.99 for sometime but they ran OOS pretty quick. I can see a market seller on Amazon selling it for £44.99 at the moment too. But this works about £10 cheaper. Only 12 in stock, I needed one myself. Hope it helps the right person.
Taking place on the same continent as the fan favorite Trails in the Sky offshoot of Nihon Falcom's storied The Legend of Heroes franchise, Trails of Cold Steel (Sen no Kiseki in Japanese) is the first in the series to tread Erebonian soil and explore the inner political conflicts of this oft-mentioned powerhouse nation in detail. With a standalone story that also delves into the expansive lore that has become synonymous with the series, players can enjoy school life and bond with fellow students to earn new abilities in battle, take advantage of speedy, tactical turn-based combat with the newly-developed "ARCUS" system, and uncover dramatic events that stand to change everything these two opposing social classes stand for.
The “Lionheart Edition” contains an art book featuring over 100 pages of art from the game as well as its sequel, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II, and a 1.5” pin displaying the emblem of the country of Erebonia, packaged with the game in a custom collectible clamshell-type box that will also be able to house the sequel when it releases in 2016 so that collectors can store the initial Cold Steel duology in a single package.
- A World Rich in Depth - The events of Trails of Cold Steel are expertly told so that longtime Trails veterans and newcomers to the series alike can equally enjoy its detailed, highly nuanced storyline - New Link System - Take advantage of the Combat Link System by bonding with allies throughout the school year, netting a variety of combat benefits including healing, guarding and more - Sleek Update to Classic Growth Mechanic - Trails of Cold Steel streamlines the classic Orbment magic system with new ARCUS units, allowing for more ready access to abilities and quicker customization - Cross-Save Makes Playing Anywhere Possible - Trails of Cold Steel was developed with Cross-Save for the PS3 and PSV systems, allowing players to unravel events within the game from home or on the go

Does it have the possibility of being picked up by royal mail and having to pay their handling fees?

No. Royal mail doesn't open your parcels. I've bought the collector's edition of order 1986 same way.
Edit: Adding this from the bottom of post as well here. Amazon states shipping and handling is £4.47 which all together are coming to that £36.92 you are paying. So no issues should be experienced later on.

I thought this was a trilogy and the third part is being release this year 2017?

When they released this edition there was no plan for a third one. Now there is.

The lionheart edition wasn't sold in the UK or at GAME. It was only sold in the USA. SEE:The ESRB rating in the picture, the USA version of PEGI

It was being sold by GAME. You are buying a US version hence why it has PEGI on it. I personally was about to buy it from GAME near Christmas time. It was also being sold by Amazon UK and the price hiked up to £90ish near Christmas.

Honestly this game is the only reason why I bought PS Vita the first place. I'm a big fan of the whole series of this game. And recent years, it has changed a lot in terms of game play and graphics. But I still like it to very much. And the 3rd chapter of Trails of Cold Steel is under development but not sure when it will become available to the UK. However, that shouldn't matter as the 1st and 2nd chapter already covers a more or less complete story.
