13.4% sugar. Not a ridiculous amount for a dessert.

By weight yes, but you don't have a daily limit of how much you can eat in grams - that would be calories. Displaying how many of those come from each component would ruin the food industry.
Multiply the grams from sugar by 4 (1g sugar = 4 calories) and get the percentage of calories from 100g.
13.4 * 4 = 53.6 / 136 = 39.4% sugar
For reference this is identical to the sugar content of a Mars Bar.

Can't be bothered to click for ingredients - like OP hasn't provided - but last time I bought one of these was "fake" cream and more than it's worth.
