Just a heads up on Volotea. I booked flights in Feb 2016 for Half term in October 2016. Thinking I had booked well in advance, I booked the hotel, transfers etc. Approx 4 weeks before we were due to fly they announced that they were no longer operating in the U.K. and cancelled all future flights. It appears that once again they are back. I just wanted to warn others of my experience. Nothing but bad feedback online so just be careful if you are booking accommodation as you may be liable for the costs even if the airline lets you down.

They just do not fly to decent destinations from Southampton!
