Why ? They do often show phones that are out of stock but apart from that what's the problem with them ?

They often show phones as in-stock when they aren't, then send a cancellation email 2 minutes after ordering. They take the money at point of sale rather than despatch, which takes 7-14 days to be returned to your bank when OOS.
