Crappy specs but good for a second phone, you don't need to top up just choose a taffif and continue, you can top up later or use a giff gaff sim. There is also a Lenovo B for £19.99 if anyone prefers

It's not really that good a price when you start comparing it with similar spec'd handsets - the Vodafone (Alcatel) Smart first 6 was £9.99 unlocked, brand new from Carphonewarehouse. I will give this deal heat though as I can't find anything similar now close to £15!
