Bought the kettle a few weeks ago. What can I say? It boils water.
I don't find it particularly noisy as some reviewers said, but then I'm usually only boiling a cup or two so not really on for all that long. I do find the filling gauge tricky to read. My last one had it on the side so was easy to see. This one is at the back so quite obscured by the handle.
However it does the job I wanted it to do and it was cheap compared to alternatives. Therefore can't complain and would buy again.

The kettle for £14.50 appears to be the regular price, it's not showing it's reduced.

I bought an electronic kettle that turns off at several pre set temperatures from Lidl for £20 (with 3 year warranty).
They are available (currently in Aldi for the same price) from many places.
It saves its full cost every year in electricity.
