Used this last week and have to say I'm impressed - spray on with a garden sprayer leave for 20 minutes give the real manky parts a bit of a scrub with a brush and blast off with a jet wash - paving is like new :-)
This is also known as Thompson's patio cleaner and yes it's the same stuff.
The results are far better then using a power washer alone ( as I've done myself in the past ) so thought I'd recommend it.
